The revitalisation of Victoria Street in Wellington has now been completed.
Studio Pacific has worked closely with the Memorial Park Alliance and alongside the Wellington City Council to develop and detail the design that has transformed Victoria Street into a tree-lined boulevard.
Considerable stakeholder consultation has allowed the design to evolve in a way that will encourage and support the future developments of quality residential buildings, spaces for shops and commercial offices. This change in use, along with integrated new open spaces consisting of hard and soft landscaping and upgrades to cycle and public transport amenity, will reinvigorate this area as a place to live and work.
