Finalist in 2016 IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey

We’re delighted to announce Studio Pacific Architecture is a finalist in the Small to Medium Workplace Category of the 2016 IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey.

This year 210 organisations, employing a combined total of 58,000 employees, participated in the programme, so we are very proud of this achievement and grateful to everyone who makes the Studio a vibrant, successful and fun place to work!

Our success draws on the collective talent and commitment of the entire Studio community.  We have a collaborative, social, flexible and relaxed working environment. With a flat Studio hierarchy, we pride ourselves on our respectful and open culture where everyone feels confident offering ideas that are listened to.

The IBM Kenexa Best Workplaces Survey is New Zealand’s largest annual workplace climate-employee engagement survey and the definitive measure for ‘best employer’ and ‘employer of choice’ claims in the country. The programme identifies the best places to work in New Zealand as rated by their employees. Employees grade their workplace and employer across key categories including leadership, culture, recognition and engagement.

For us, being a finalist is the icing on the cake, but really we use the survey to gauge the happiness and satisfaction of our hard working team and to identify areas for improvement.  We are proud to be doing right by our people and that they are enthusiastic members of the Studio team.
