An exciting opportunity exists for a reliable and efficient People Coordinator within our vibrant Wellington Architectural Practice of around 85 people.

We are looking for a driven and organised individual with 2+ years professional experience to assist our People Team in a full-time permanent role – the ability to start immediately would be an added bonus! This role will provide a valuable opportunity for the successful applicant to gain experience working in a supportive Practice environment with a key focus on professional development coaching and mentoring. 

 

You will need to be interested in growing your skills and experience with people, for people. You will be a can-do person who will take initiative and support our busy People team across the Human Resources spectrum including, but not limited to recruitment, professional development, employment relations, training and development and more. Your professionalism will show in your attention to detail, confidentiality, ability to deal with information in a sensitive manner, as well as your time/deadline management skills and capacity to multi-task. An inquiring mind, along with the ability to work independently and thoroughly is essential.

  • 2+ years professional HR experience.
