Office Administrator

An exciting opportunity exists for a reliable and efficient Office Administrator within our vibrant Architectural Practice.

Studio Pacific Architecture is a design-led practice of around 80 staff, with an established reputation for award-winning architecture, interior, landscape and urban design projects.

The role of Office Administrator is seen as one of fundamental importance to the business. You will need to be highly agile and a quick learner with a high degree of accuracy. 

As one of two Office Administrators, your responsibilities will include reception and general office administration including greeting and welcoming visitors, providing support to our Senior Management Team, travel and accommodation arrangements, word processing and information management. This role will also include providing support to our Accounts Administrator, as well as some HR and possibly graphic design assistance.

This role is suitable for an agile and creative individual who can hit the ground running and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You will not be afraid of a challenge and you will have the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.


To be successful in this role, you will:

Have excellent written communication and interpersonal skills

Be well-organised, proactive, methodical, and work well under pressure

Have a high level of attention to detail, and accurate data entry skills

Work as an integral part of the administration team, supporting and covering other members as required

Have a proactive, positive and flexible approach, and a willing attitude

Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel). Adobe Creative Suite skills and graphic design experience would be advantageous but not essential to the role.
