An exciting opportunity exists for a reliable and efficient Studio Coordinator within our vibrant Architectural Practice for a one-year fixed term period starting in May 2021. Studio Pacific Architecture is a design-led practice of 80 staff, with an established reputation for award-winning architecture, interior, landscape and urban design projects.
The Studio Coordinator position is of fundamental importance to our business. You will need to be highly agile and versatile, a quick learner, with a high degree of accuracy and extremely efficient in all you do.
Your responsibilities will be broad and will include Board and Managing Director Executive Assistant duties, programming Studio resources against project requirements, co-ordination of our Front Desk team, contributing to our information management systems, processes and protocols, including maintenance of our Studio intranet; event management and special project management.
This role will suit a highly organised individual who has the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You will not be afraid of a challenge and you will have the ability to juggle multiple deadlines with calmness even in ambiguous situations, creating order and structure in your tasks.
To be successful in this role you will have a proactive and positive attitude, a flexible and methodical approach, and the ability to work well under pressure You will bring to the role:
- Executive Assistant or Office Management experience
- A drive for efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage at all levels in our Studio
- Excellent written communication skills
- Exemplary organisation skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Experience in information management/databases
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Possibly experience using the Adobe Creative Suite
