A great opportunity exists for an Office Administrator to join our vibrant Architectural Practice.

The role of Office Administrator is seen as one of fundamental importance to the business. You will need to be highly agile and a quick learner with a high degree of accuracy.

The Office Administrator will work in a small team responsible for all reception and general office administration including greeting and welcoming visitors, providing support to our Senior Management Team, travel and accommodation arrangements, word processing and information management. This role will also include providing support to our Accounts  & People teams.      This role is suitable for an agile and creative individual who can hit the ground running and has the ability to work independently as well as in a team. You will not be afraid of a challenge and you will have the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.

  • – Have excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
  • – Be well-organised, proactive, methodical and work well under pressure  
  • – Strong written and oral communication skills  
  • – High level of attention to detail and accurate data entry skills  
  • – Work as an integral part of the administration team, supporting and covering other members as required  
  • – Have a proactive, positive and flexible approach, and a willing attitude


Key Skills and Experience

  • – Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including intermediate to advance knowledge of Excel)  
  • – Adobe Creative Suite skills and graphic design experience would be advantageous but not essential to the role
