Bliss is a part-time Landscape Architectural Assistant here at Studio Pacific. Alongside this work, she spends her time researching her Master of Landscape Architecture thesis at Victoria University of Wellington.
She has a keen interest in encouraging local, sustainable and creative community bonding through the inter-disciplinary design of urban environments.
Her previous Summer Scholarship Research at Victoria University focused on measuring and communicating the impacts of community gardens in New Zealand. Her thesis research now explores the interconnected relationships between people, food and place approached through de-colonial design methodologies.
Bliss is excited to contribute to the Landscape and Urban team at Studio Pacific and continue learning how high-level design implementation can contribute to an ecological, environmental and socially resilient future.
