The Kumutoto redevelopment won a further award, picking up the large projects award (projects over $500,000) at the Wellington/Wairarapa Contractors Federation Awards.
The award, to Brian Perry Civil for their outstanding construction work on this project, also recognises the complexity and quality of the design by Studio Pacific and Isthmus, joint designers of this newly popular addition to the Wellington waterfront.
