The newly refurbished and seismically-strengthened 1960's office building stands elegantly on the corner of Brandon and Featherston Streets. The exisiting building has been extended with an additional three levels, built with a low-carbon mass timber structure.

As part of the Speaker and Parliamentary Service’s efforts to make Parliament more accessible and family-orientated, Studio Pacific were commissioned to design a new play space for the Parliament grounds.
