Studio Pacific's refurbishment of Xero House was the recipient of an excellence award in the heritage and adaptive reuses category of the New Zealand Property Council Awards 2012.
Formerly known as the John Chambers Building, the Xero House building dates back to 1918 and, with its distinctive flatiron plan and unusual mixture of architectural styles, represents an important part of Wellington's architectural heritage. The refurbished building is now home to a number of successful Wellington businesses.
