Willis Bond & Co has been selected to develop the first residential precinct in downtown Auckland’s Wynyard Quarter.
Studio Pacific is one of three top New Zealand architecture practices that will design the homes within the precinct, which will be made up of 500-600 apartments, townhouses and duplexes. The project is expected to house around 1,100 residents and will take eight to ten years to complete.
