Wellington’s Harbour City Centre has been named Best in Category for Heritage and Adaptive Reuses at the 2014 Property Council New Zealand Property Industry Awards.
Studio Pacific was the architect behind the refurbishment of the Category II heritage building, which was completed in conjunction with the fitout for tenant Contact Energy. To complete the project, Studio Pacific formed an integrated base build team and fit out design team, with the two teams collaborating successfully to achieve an outcome that reads as a single project.
