Refurbishment work on the Ministry of Health’s head office on Molesworth Street will soon get underway after it was given the go ahead following two years of negotiations.
Studio Pacific has completed preliminary design and gained Resource Consent for the project, which involves refurbishment work and an extension to the former William Clayton building.
Construction will begin later this year.
