Studio Pacific has completed concept design plans for the redevelopment and restoration of lighthouse cottages and the surrounding precinct at Baring Head in the East Harbour Regional Park near Wellington.
The design aims to improve the functionality of the cottages while still retaining their heritage character. Landscape plans involve the revival of the central rock garden and the restoration of missing parts of the perimeter shelter belt. The concept designs were met with a very positive response when presented to the Friends of Baring Head last month.
