Yesterday was the first Diversity Agenda Accord summit – which bought together leaders from all of the Accord signatory firms as part of their commitment to be held accountable for their diversity and inclusion efforts over the past 12 months.
During the half day event at Parliament hosted by Minister Tinetti, leaders discussed what they've achieved, what they've found challenging, and what more they can do to make engineering and architecture attractive professions to all people.
There was a collective energy determined to do more – and do it faster – and we're excited for the mahi that starts now.
