Construction at Pīrangi, a new residential development in Point England, Tāmaki, has reached a significant milestone with all the houses now enclosed. With the project about 75% complete, the pace of work has seen the 88 homes over three superlots take shape quickly.
The next stage will see external architectural elements, including verandahs and shrouds, completed while the interiors take shape over the coming months. Landscaping of the shared outdoor areas is also set to get underway, bringing an integral layer of the development to life.
It's exciting to see the project moving from structure to detail, with each milestone bringing the vision for Pīrangi closer to reality.
