Senior Designer

Te Whanganui-a-Tara Wellington

Jessica is a Senior Designer with an interest in how design can affect users’ experiences by creating interesting and stimulating environments.

Jessica has been working in New Zealand since 2019, having mostly worked with residential projects, from detached houses to apartment buildings.

Originally from Brazil, she has worked in her home country as an Engineer specialized in hydraulics and fire safety design in a wide range of projects such as residential towers, and commercial and industrial buildings.

In 2021, while living in New Zealand, she was able to complete her Brazilian Architecture degree. Through her thesis, Jessica researched the themes of autism in children, learning environments, Montessori education and how architecture could respond to the needs of autistic children.

Jessica looks forward to contributing to the architectural team at Studio Pacific in a wider range of project types and to continue learning how architecture can contribute to a more sustainable and inspiring built environment.
