Peter Mitchell

Peter has been with Studio Pacific since 2000 and was appointed Principal in 2016.

Peter has particular expertise in urban design and major open space design including a variety of different project types and locations. This has been demonstrated most recently in his work as Project Architect for the public open spaces of Ormiston Town Centre in Auckland, and Okura, Auckland. 

Peter has experience in a number of commercial and residential projects that range in scale and type from larger medium density housing developments for a variety of markets including apartments, terrace and courtyard housing, through to bespoke new houses and baches, and smaller renovation work on existing houses.

Peter enjoys involvement in projects from their inception through to completion and has extensive experience right through the various stages of a project from initial concept design, detailed design and documentation, through to construction and site observation.
