Sarah is a New Zealand Registered Architect with over 15 years of experience.

Sarah’s recent work includes serving as Project Architect for the proposed Awarua development, an addition to the Weir House institutional precinct at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University of Wellington. This proposal involved designing catered first-year student accommodation and associated amenity spaces, including staff facilities, a catering kitchen and dining area, active and passive communal areas, and learning spaces. Sustainability is a key aspect of the proposal, embedded throughout the design with modern low-carbon timber structural technology, contemporary modular design, a high-performance building envelope, and photovoltaic panels.

For five years, Sarah was the Project and Site Architect for the Nelson Airport Terminal Building. The 4000sqm terminal accommodates several airlines and tenants within the open space under the complex LVL structure and roof form. More recently, Sarah was Project Lead for a new Rental Car Building designed to complement the Terminal Building in the Airport precinct.
