Congratulations to Paula MacDonald who is celebrating 15 years with Studio Pacific this month.
Paula has made a substantial contribution to the success of the Studio and its people and culture during the past 15 years.
As Senior Principal–People, Paula's dedication and leadership in the Business Services team have been foundational to Studio Pacific's growth. She has also provided invaluable insights to our Practice Leadership Group, guiding us through challenges with admirable leadership.
Beyond her core responsibilities, Paula's involvement in working groups, such as Health, Safety & Wellbeing, and Diversity & Inclusion, has played a key role in shaping our inclusive environment.
