Studio Pacific Announces New Board Chair

Studio Pacific Architecture is marking an important governance transition as Dr Helen Anderson concludes her tenure as Board Chair and Louise Marsden joins as an Independent Director and Chair of the Board.

Studio Pacific Architecture warmly acknowledges Dr Helen Anderson for her contribution to the studio as Chair over the last seven years. As the Board’s first Chair, Helen provided thoughtful and steady leadership, bringing a clear governance perspective and generous insight to the role.

Her contribution has been deeply valued by the Board and wider Studio Pacific team, and we thank Helen for her care, expertise, and commitment to the practice.

Welcoming Louise Marsden as Board Chair

Studio Pacific is pleased to welcome Louise Marsden as an Independent Director and incoming Chair of the Board, joining Leo Foliaki as an Independent Director.

Louise brings more than 25 years’ experience across infrastructure, commercial and financial advisory, asset management, and governance, both in Aotearoa New Zealand and internationally.

Louise’s governance experience includes board roles across construction, infrastructure, community housing, and not for profit organisations. She is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand.

Louise’s appointment reflects Studio Pacific’s ongoing commitment to strong, independent governance as the practice continues to evolve.
