Dr. Helen Anderson

Helen is the Chair of the Studio Pacific Architecture board and offers outstanding governance and commercial experience.

Helen’s board portfolio includes building and construction, primary industries, environment and IT. With governance experience that includes privately held companies, industry associations and state sector bodies, she is also Director or Antarctica New Zealand, a member of the Advisory Board for The Nature Conservancy (NZ) and a patron of the New Zealand International Science Festival.

Helen brings some broad, yet highly applicable experience to the Board, including experience gained over six years as the former Chief Executive of the Ministry of Research, Science and Technology. Helen has a PhD in Seismology from Cambridge University.
