Sovaia joined Studio Pacific Architecture in 2017 as an HR Advisor, graduating from Victoria University of Wellington in 2015 with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Sovaia has a background in human resources and business advisory within the private and public sector in Aotearoa. After 5 and a half years at Studio Pacific in the People team and a short break, Sovaia has returned in 2023 as Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director and Boards.
Her passion for people-focused practices brings a lens to her role that will allow her to adequately support and administer the important mahi at the governance level of Studio Pacific.
Outside of the studio, Sovaia enjoys getting outdoors in Te Whanganui-a-Tara, discovering nature walks and spending quality family time with her husband and their son.
