Diana Braaksma

Di is a Senior Associate and Registered Architect in New Zealand with over 15 years of experience.

Di has a particular interest in community projects and architecture in the public realm, bringing significant expertise as a Project Architect. She firmly believes that the best architecture arises from positive collaborative processes and enjoys working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop considered and responsive solutions from concept design through to the completion of built projects on site.

Di has a keen design eye supported by strong technical expertise. Her diverse experience spans multiple project types and scales, including bespoke residential projects (both new and alterations), complex arts and community projects, and large-scale commercial developments. She also has significant experience in complex resource consent applications and documentation.

Within the studio, Di mentors junior staff and is a key member of the Studio Pacific Diversity and Inclusion working group, promoting the growth of awareness and celebration of diversity at Studio Pacific.
