While working with his previous employer, TAWA Architecture and Design, Josh contributed to various projects, including a residential home that won a ‘Spatial Innovation Award’ (NKBA 2021) for its home office space. He returned to complete his master’s degree in architecture at Victoria University of Wellington in 2021, where he researched how unorthodox or redundant space could be used as a positive driver of design. This research was presented in his thesis, 'Vestigial Space,' exploring the development of a novel MIQ facility.
Josh joined Studio Pacific in 2022 and looks forward to contributing to and learning from the architectural team as they tackle new projects and challenges.
