Marc is the Lead of our Commercial Building & Offices team. Marc Woodbury joined Studio Pacific in 1999, became a Senior Principal in 2016, and has been a registered architect in New Zealand for over 20 years.

Throughout his career, Marc has overseen various projects, including university halls, community galleries, religious facilities, and commercial buildings. Notably, he led the design of New Zealand’s first NZGBC five-star Green Star office building and the award-winning, seismically advanced 20 Customhouse Quay office building.

For 20 Customhouse Quay, Marc was involved in all aspects of the project’s delivery, including overall design, client liaison, coordination of consultants, technical detailing, and management of the Studio Pacific team.
